SummaryEmbedded AI agents into the testing workflow. Joined a product with no QA process: audited the product and dev flow, redesigned the test process around AI agents, built and handed over an agent system that covers the bulk of QA work.

OutcomeMulti-agent system covers the full feature testing cycle (task analysis, API and UI checks, autotest writing, test case in TMS, report) in 15–30 minutes. Regression is backed by API autotests the agent writes during each run: every task pushed through the system expands coverage. QA team reduced to one half-time tester, release cycle accelerated.
